I'm not sure if any of you saw the numbers on how many TGPs and TSTEs were traded in for the "Cash for Clunkers" program, but the numbers according to http://www.cars.gov/files/official-informa...in-vehicles.pdf are as follows:
1989 Grand Prix Turbo - 1
1990 Grand Prix Turbo - 3
1990 Grand Prix STE Turbo - 5
In my opinion these numbers are pretty high, especially for the STE turbo. I was surprised to see our cars on the list. Hopefully these cars were rusted out and were in no way of repairing. Just thought I would post this somewhat interesting information for everyone.

1 of the 5. CD and sunroof, but no HUD
There was also a Buick GNX and an 89 Turbo Trans Am as well on the list. IDIOTS!
Some people have no concept of collectability.
it's a sign of the times. that's it.

TSTEs didn't have HUDs stock.
