Here are some pics of the TGP i just purchased, one owner , the lady never beat on this car and its the nicest TGP i have seen in person! The only flaw is the paint chip on the front bumper when the car contacted the garbage can while pulling in the garage : ( The car just broke 50k on the clock and everything is mechanically perfect. Hopefully one of you guys can give me some input on the ASC date which say 9-11-89 but the car is registered as a 1990.. what does this mean? Here are some pics. Oh yea, please excuse the pine needles!

Nice! Looks like it's stock too. I'm assuming that's leather under those seat covers?

Just like today, automakers have always rolled out the "new" year models early. The break point is just past or around mid-year in most cases(I'm sure there are some exceptions to that). Both my 1990's have 1989 build dates as well(8/30/89 for my black one, can't remember the red one at the moment).
wow looks good!!!
if you dont mind saying,, how much did you pay for it?
Looks good Ike.. ;) The vin is real close to my very first one (216053) and made in the same month.. :icon_mrgreen: Let me know if it is ever for sale... :icon_biggrin:
I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, Someday I'll find my elusive low mileage grey leather Black TGP. In all seriousness sweet car, great to know it is going to someone who cares and will keep it.
Thanks for the compliments guys! Also thanks for the info Matt, Yes it is totally stock and definately staying that way. The seats are leather and have been covered since the car was new. Its just amazing to have a TGP that doesn't need A THING mechanically, i also never knew how smooth these things are actually supposed to ride!
Adam thats cool stuff man, any way of knowing how many were produced between those 2 vins? If i decide to part with the car at anytime you surely would be the first to know. I just dont know what i want to do with it yet, it might just be TOO nice for me to actually enjoy driving... also a bit slower than im used to as well :- P
