God damnit you making me hungry. I love crayfish. Just cant find them fresh up here in St louis. Going to have to go out and see if I can find some thru the week. Crayfish ettouffee, or some Crayfish Fettuccine Alfredo.. Or the be all, Crayfish jambalaya
