Just purchased a stock 1992 Z34 5 speed.
I currently have a 1990 TGP and have chipped it myself with the Burn2 epprom programmer and am famliar with bin to chip burning. I am new to z34 tuning. can someone please give me a quick run down of what stage one mods should do and where i can get a z34 5 speed bin file from???
Thanks for help, will start a build tread with pictures.

I pm`d you, but theres no answer... can you make me a chip for my z24 with little mods? i will put yellow injectors, stock turbo of a tgp and i have the ECU of the tgp, but that one is auto and i have a 5speed, can you burnme one?
I can help you burn the chips, we just need to see if someone on here has a bin file. ironically i have a daily driver TGP extra parts TGP with good engine, trnas and turbo setup, and the 5speed z34, so maybe i will turbo my z34 :icon_lol:
60degreeV6.com would probably be a better place to ask about tuning a Z34.
hey thank you everyone, but scott from v6z24 will help me with the tune for my car, thank you every much :icon_biggrin:
Goodluck. I'd really suggest going to someone that can dyno tune. Mail tunes are very hit and miss.

Lucky I have a 5 speed TGP and an auto TGP with widebands for my tunes. It really helps me put out a good product for a minimal charge. Well I say minimal but most everybody else thinks $175 for a base tune with support is way to high... I don't think any of the other tuners even own a TGP. :icon_eek: It's a small price to pay for a finely tuned chip specific to the customers needs/mods... Especially since I have been tuning the TGP platform since 1996... :flipa:

WERD! Will be getting back with you to tune my 88 Cutlass come spring time. Already have your chip....hopefully the car will actually run this spring!(fixing wiring on car is a bitch!) LOL.
I am not directing my post to you. It was for those that have minimal years that I like to point it too. If 175 was the price.... Where were u in june? I'd paid you pending if you wanted to take on my engine for tuning. Instead I did a lot of homework and burned my drag racing time tuning my car.
Again it wasn't directed at you.

^^ Adams tunes are amazing... im currently running a holset Hx35 turbo w/ 36# injectors/ 225 fuel pump and a 5 speed... tune is flawless and im still amazed every time i drive the car! $175 is really a great price for a tune. chevy and turbo honda guys are spending 400+ an hour for tunes so keep that in mind . Not to mention Adam is a super nice guy and i owe him big time for all the help and everything hes done for me/my car throughout the years. Thanks Adam!

Oh and to answer your question, stage 1 mods after retune should get you at least about 250 HP. That would be a basically stock motor, a 255 fuel pump and 1.6 rockers, maybe cat delete. Next step would be upgrading downpipe and injectors, retune again and you'd be around 275-280 if i had to guess.

No worries man. Sorry if my rant seemed like it was directed at you. I just get tired of all the dumb azz kids that send me pm's having to have a tune. Then to come back and say my price was way to high, It happens a few times a month. :icon_lol:

Thank you for the tips, i will remove the cat, upgrade fuel pump, possibly fuel injectors. where do i get the rockers from??? are the injectors that are need the same as the yellow tops i run in my TGP.
And still i need a bin file. Killinprix and/or flybynite do you have a bin file to share or do you only sell your work?
Also who do i talk to on here to get more privileges, i would like to edit this post to keep in on point.
1.stages of upgrades
2.possible part numbers or info or where to get things
3.bin files - i would like to start modding and sharing tunes on here.
