I was in the TGP this time [first time in a couple of weeks that I had a chance to drive her because of all the snow and rain] with my friend as usual. I went to Wal-Mart to turn around when I pulled out behind this black 4thgen Cavalier with altezzas, indiglos, a white bowtie on the rear window, a fart tip wider then normal, neon plate, APC sticker on the rear quarter window, and the words "Team Corrupt" under the bowtie. I followed the car down South Ave. onto Rt. 224. The driver then accelerated letting everyone know he had a muffler. What I didn't know at the time was that a red 4thgen Cavalier [stock looking on the outside with four people in it] and an early 90s boxy blue Ford Explorer with a lift where following the black Cavy.
I was behind the black Cav for a good two miles. The car was going to turn at a light when he found out that the red Cavalier was lined up, so he pulled a "The Fast & The Furious" move as he jerked the wheel hard to get lined up with the red Cav. All the people where looking over at each other as I slowly stopped behind the black Cav with the explorer pulling up next to me.
The light turned green and the Cavs squeeled their tires [I'm guessing the black one was a manual]. I waited about two seconds to give the Cavs some running room before I left the light. The black one pulled an instant car length on the red one. He kept going as I got far enough ahead of the red one to change lanes and get next to the black one. I thought the light was going to turn red ahead, so I coasted some. Then when I knew that the light wasn't going to change, I just pressed down on the accelerator a little, about 1/2-3/4 throttle. About a 1/2 seconds after I floored it, the Cav hit it. The red Cavalier and the Explorer where a few lengths back.
I then went WOT and just shot past the black Cav. I had a good two car lengths on him going about 50mph to 75mph going uphill. After handing the driver some vasaline on a silver platter, I just coasted back to 50mph going up the still still. The Cavalier then dropped back staying next to the red one. I slowed down to make a turn at the Sheetz gas station when the light turned red. I was in the turn lane when the red Cav was in the right turn lane. A chick in the back seat and the driver kept looking over at my car [it's neat when people do a double-take at the TURBO badges :D]. The black Cav drove past, and the Explorer floored it passed me thinking he had something to prove as the red Cav turned.
After that, I went back towards where I came from taking a nice cruise back down the long hill.
