just an update to the situation. I had someone remove all of the bad tint from my rear window. Right after that, Those things stopped working. I am wondering if there is some sort of connection to that.

Maybe something to do with the rear defroster?  I'm not sure where the fuse is for that.

The rear defroster runs through a relay in the convenience center under the glovebox. See if your rear def. will turn on.

The rear defroster is out. It appears that they damaged the lines in the rear glass. the blower motor for the heat stays on now even without any of the heating controls engaged. this thing has now gone nuts on me.I checked and changed the relays in the convenience center and I have checked the circuit breakerss as well. Still no change.  :( Damn this is frustrating

that sucks that they messed up the lines, if you pay someone to do it, it shouldn't get messed up.

I can't imagine what they did to stop all that stuff from working. Almost sounds like the ignition switch is messed up. I don't know what business they would have in that area. but its all I can think of.

This actually sounds like a ground problem where there is a missing ground strap and some of the circuits are getting thier ground from others, causing things to stay active!
Title: Found it !!!!!

OK I found the problem. This root of the problem was the little module for the Rear defog. That module is located in the convenience center under the dash on the passenger side. I pulled it out and everything came on. Luckily I had a spare and just popped it in. I sweated some real bullets there. Thanks for the good input guys I really appreciated it.
