From 2003 to 2006 I had my Black TGP in Italy with me (first time I was stationed there).  Was a lot of fun on the straights but couldnt park anywhere and the turns were pretty close.  The Mini was a good car for Italy, small, fuel efficent, and easy to park.

I bet from the looks of things turns and some of those city streets are super tight.
