One suggestion I would make is to use aluminum angle vs. the punched steel angle used for building shelving.
Would give it a much more professional look.

The only info that I have on the Intercooler its 24"x9"x2.5" with 2.5 inlet. I got it from SPEEDdaddy.com http://speed-daddy.com/index.php/catalogsearch/result/?q=2001 their sku# on it was ITCL-2001
