OK I tried to order the TGP MAHLE pistons from my local proformance machine shop and they said they called Mahle and said they had said that those pistons were not out yet for sale. WHAT? THat they had the same number but without the zero on the beginning...---> it's this number right this is the number I gave them...

replace -xx with
-00 Standard
-01 .50mm over
-02 .75mm over
-03 1.0mm over
. Where did you guys get the pistons? Are the pistons that I have on the rebuild N/A3.1 the same as the stock 3.1turbo pistons. I know that the TGP has less compresion cuz of the taller block but that is less of a concern since Ill just cut down the piston hight to compensate.

Also what is the exhaust gasket part number for the turbo engine?
Any help is appreciated.

By the way I think the Beretta won't be GTU anymore...officially speaking(IMSA spec. GTU... U for under 3liters). I think it would be a GTO (over 3liters)after the engine swap. COOL a GTO 8) ...But I could always make it into a 3liter by putting the 2.8 crank on the 3.4 engine.

Anyone  :?: Where did you guys get the pistons? I checked the pistons that are on the fresh 3.1 and they have a M stamped on them. There's a number on top of the M and the bottom of it also. The number is 1026 on top of the M. On the bottom of the M is 0698. Are thise Mahle pistons? If so, are they just cast? I just want then to know if I could use thise with 12psi without the pistons giving under boost:shocked!: or at least with 10.
