Where can you fine wiring kits or what wiring kit will work. Or should have a professional rewire the car?

I'm late to the party, but I'm assuming he might be looking at the TGP in NY that had a "small dash" fire.

That thought crossed my mind, too.  I have had a few TGPs, and I've rebuilt 2 of them completely.  I wouldn't touch that one with the dash fire without a parts harness to replace it with.  It's no small job.  I assume a similar equipped SE would suffice in a pinch.
