I need the Pulses/Mile For the transmission speed, MPH

I have the 1990 Pontiac Grand Prix Turbo, 3.1L turbo v6 LG5, and the transmission is the 4T60-HD with TV cable.

I need the Pulses/Mile for the vehicle speed.

Trying to tune and I do not have this information, I need it so that I am going the correct speed while driving.

IP pulse divisor--- 192
Road speed sensor constant--- 16028

I have the same problem...how do you correct it what all would I need

Correct what? If your gauges are reading wrong, you'll need to get it rebuilt.  There is a guy in MI that does them pretty cheap.
