Does anyone know what that module under the front passanger seat is. I am thinking that it is an amplifier for the radio. Does anyone know for sure :?

I believe it's a part of the ABS system.

Whateve it is, for some reason it has a "Remanufactured by GM Tag on it. Not that this helps any in identitfying it, but a tag like that was the first time that I have ever seen it.

" Of course this is after you remove your passenger seat and pull up the carpet to get to the PMIII abs module. "

You can get it from ANY w-body with ABS from 89-91.  Watch for Regals and TGPs, they were most likely to have it.  Maybe some other GM cars might work...don't know for sure.

A 91 Cutlass Supreme SL 2 door came in to my salvage yard a while ago.  It had NO options, except for the ABS.  I made sure to grab the Powermaster III before I left.  :)

I worked at a salvage yard for a while.  Got lots of useful parts when I was working there.

Yea, one of the reasons I don't work there anymore.  Although, 90% of the parts I got from there were free (and I didn't steal them--the owner is a friend of mine).

if you take a couple of junkyard parts like a BOV or 2 and slip it in your tool box is it really stealing?  I know they are trying to make a profit but DAMN!  They buy a car for $100.  Sale the hood for $100-200,  winshield $100, engine $300-500, tranny $300-500, headlight <----singular $65, door $100, window $35, starter $35, altenator $35, ps pump $35, turbo $250-400, rims $150ea, etc.....  I really don't think its called stealing :D !!!
