Well people I was going to finish the car soon but got sidetracked by some Freaking asshole. When I was going to put the seals for the rear and front mains, I discovered that the whole felpro gasket set I boght was missing with the new bolts. :evil: Man I had left it inside the car in my back yard and had locked it up. It was unlocked when I looked. I turned my house upsidedown looking for them. Doesn't it piss you off when you left something in a certin place knowing it is safe there and then winds up missing. :bad-words:
Well anyways where could I find CHEAP HEAD GASKETs, lower intake gasket, and seals for the mains? I don't need the timming cover gaskets since I could use silicone for that. I got the oilpan gasket too.
its kinda hard to just get those 2-3 the best you can do is $70 for entire gasket set, or $12.99 head (no shims) $20 head and shim, intake manifold $28 and thats from www.advanceautoparts.com. I got the entire engine gasket set for $25ea :lol:. Trash auto was going out of business so I got lucky! :D
