Run the vac line to the rear of the plenum...unscrew the plug that is there and get a fitting.

You can't use any of the 4 vac at the TB for this purpose.

Check out my site, I did the BOV install, and there are some pics of where I connected my vac line.

what did you use to remove that intake manifold plug?  I got my intake manifold off and I wanted to tap off that instead of my map sensor.  I have never seen screw with a square hole :?:

Well, they make a special tool for it.

But you could just find an allen wrench that is really close in size, and grind the end square.  Thats what I did until I realized my dad had the correct tools.

Most of the BOVs the guys use here are from the 1G Talon/Eclipse/Laser...and they aren't adjustable.

HiZ don't get so upset :(  These cars are a bitch to work on so get used to it. You gotta improvise like eclispe( one of the masters of improvising) said grind down a allen wrench size 5/16 or .312.  The metric is 8mm sq. Good luck in finding that tool. Go to the hardware store and get a 1/8 pipe street elbow, close nipple, tee and a plug. I bought galvanized and painted caus brass is 3 times the price. then go to the parts store an get a 1/8 pipe to vacume hose fitting. You might want to get two so you can hook up your boost gauge to the tee later. Anyhow the extra port on the tee is always usefull. It's not that hard to do. I believe the vacuum lines from the throttle body are regulated by how far the throttle is open and is not a true picture of what is in the intake manifold.

Here is a picture of the tee. Gotta look hard.
