Title: catalytic converter

can any1 show me a diagram of where the catalytic converter is at or explain to me how to get to it?

Look under your car behind the front tire. You will see it in the center of the car.

if you are looking to replace it your can get a catco universal from summit for $45-65

A couple years ago mine was so plugged that the car wouldn't even go 10 mph.  We just tore it out and didn't replace.  You guys think that its better without?  Or should I replace?  Emissions really isn't a prob.

Leave it out. With a turbo it's better to have a more free flowing exhaust. Even straight pipes are good. With a turbo you don't need anything to create backpressure. The turbo creates enough.

So it might not be a bad idea to chop the mufflers too huh?  I've been thinking about it.

You will need something on there to pass inspection. I would leave them on until they are wore out.

will removing the cat cause any problem as far as computer or other running problems?

No..the car should/will run better with a straight pipe in place of it because the exhaust will flow better.
