Title: good deal on K&N!
Post by: no1kicker on March 31, 2003, 07:17:49 PM
I just ordered a RU-1810 from aj-usa.com.

http://www.knfilters.com/online/ajusa.htm

Their list is $28.36, and free shipping!  I think it's a promo or something.  Plus, they take paypal, perfect for me.  Can't wait to get it and put it on!  Now I just need to get a breather.

They have the filter I want (RU-1390) for $30..but I've seen it for $30 at other web-sites too. And this site has the breather filter for a higher price than I've seen at the other sites. :(

Yes, unfortunately the breather at this site is too expensive.... :(   What cought my eye was the free shipping for the filter and the paypal.  The breather search continues...

As I posted on w-body.com, the cheapest breather I found is at this site: http://www.martelbros.com/cgi-bin/store/ws400CS.cgi?store=direct.KNN It's sold for 15.xx. You could've gotten your filter and the breather and gotten the free shipping ;) That price is what I see the breather sold for at most sites. Sometimes it's even higher :(

I've seen some on ebay for like $5, might go with one.  I need the 12mm, right?
