Does anyone have an idea as to what would cause my left turn signal to blink slower then my right? I've checked all the bulbs and they are good. What's up with this?
What about the flasher under the glovebox...$2 at most stores.
I haven't done that yet because the guy at the parts store didn't think that could be it. I think I'm going to go ahead and do it anyway unless someone else knows for sure what it is. Anyone?
If it's not the flasher then it's probably the turn signal switch.
So I figured out what caused my problem (I know it's been a long time since I posted this but I didn't have my car for a year and a half). The two turn signal bulbs in the front where different kinds (compliments of the previous owner). The left one was an 889 bulb and the right one was an 893 bulb. So I immediately wanted to know what the right bulb was so I checked the manual and as I'm sure most of you know it isn't in there correctly (that is unless someone has changed the wiring harnesses in my car too). The manual said it was a 24A. So I ended up buying another 893 bulb because that is the one in the side that worked correctly. Now both bulbs are 893's and it appears to be working normal. So, what is the correct bulb? What is everyone using?
Doesn't anyone know the answer to my question above :?:
The Front turn signal bulbs are 889 the Front side marker lights are 24NA the Tail lights are 2358 or 2457
