The dimensions are 26 1/2" wide, 8" high, and 2" thick. I want to mount this on my TGP of course, and was wondering which route would be the best to follow to do this. I know I have to remove the headlights and the front bumper. Would there be any need to move the radiator back a little? I do know there is very limited space between the radiator and the front bumper. Would I need to cut anything, which I probably will have to end up doing.

Sounds like a lot of work to me.
But, I hate to say it, there isn't much of a recipie to this. You kinda have to do what needs to be done to get it to fit. Not sure why you think all that stuff needs to come off for the install. Personally I would remove the lower valance and see how it fits like that. I don't like lots of uneccesary disassembly. At only 8 inches high, it should fit along the lower air gap (the hole made by the lower valance and the underside of the bumper) fairly well. If things need to be moved or cut then so be it.
I would mount it like Chris suggested. Mounting it lower in the air gap that the lower valance creates would be perfect. That intercooler looks pretty nice, and I bet it flows a ton of cfms.
The problem is that my car is already lowered in the front, so lowering the intercooler is a no-no. :(

Lower than the valance, no. But unless you have your valance scrubbing the ground, if the intercooler sits right above that it should be fine and get the most cool air. You could mount it behind the bumper or higher, but I think that will be the best location. You can then run the pipes up behind the headlights and into the engine bay, or both off to the right and loop them under the sub frame and to the turbo. There are a lot of options and one may not really be better than the other.

unless you have a big mouth front end you are going to have a problem! look what this sunbird had to do with the same problem as you. (http://www.j-body.org/registry/sunbirdturbo/iccar2.jpg) There are going to be sacrifices espcially with the TGP and no other front ends available. I had to cut my front lower frame piece just a little to fit the griffin radiator in (my fault though had dimensions switched). You are going to need to do some creative work. Just do like I do lean over engine with some 80 proof and just stare until something comes up :lol: !!!!!

your best bet is to:
* Get a B&M sooper cooler Trany cooler and mount it infront of the rad on the pass side.
* run dual 2" mandrel bent pipes threw the passanger side fenderwell.
parts needed:
* Tranny cooler
* 2" mandrel bent piping
* 2" straight couplers
* 2" 90* Coupler
That is basically how TimG is doing his piping on his I/C for his Monte. Once you move the Stock TGP Tranny cooler from the fender well you can run the pipes that way. It would be pretty easy to run the piping that way especially w/ 2" pipes.
I could probibly do most of the piping on my TPG w/o the intercooler. if i guess on the measurements of the I/C
