have some parts left over from my 1990 TGP that I parted out......

Original Cassette Radio with built in EQ.  Worked and played radio,  tape player will need servicing, belts and a cleaning - $40
Fiberglass Core Support,  sits behind the bumper fascia where the head lights ride $ 50
New Electric Fan blade assembly.  No box, but NOS.
USED floormants, tan in color, $10
HUD Unit - $35
HUD Dimmer Unit - $25

All prices DO NOT include shipping. There are a few other small parts that dont come to mind right now, but I will dig around and update the post with what I find. Things like steering wheel radio controls, exterior mirrors and glass head lights ( I think?) that still may be floating around.....

I just dug up some old Brochures for Pontiac GP's for 1993 and a TA GTA  Any have an interest?

Was moving boxes around and found some more left over parts:

Cassete radio with e/q. radio worked, but tape did not. Motors ran but the pick up drive would not funtion, so it needs to be serviced. My experince with tape decks (8 tracks on the older cars) it s that the belts dry out and the pick up drive no longer moves. The pinch roller will pull the tape and play but the tape will bunch up and get wrinkled.

Old Orignial aluminum heater core.  Leaked, dont know if it is fixable, I installed a new brass one later, but it didnt seem to work as nice the original alumium. Might just scrap it.... if your intersted let me know $15 shipped in USA.

I might still have some of the stock lug nuts and lug nut covers, will have to look. I thought that I might be able to use them on my 2000 GTP, but I think they are different.... will  look and post if i still have them.

Still digging through stuff and movein stuff around, so I might uncover something else.... will post if I find anything else.  But at the moment that is is al this left.

Good original radiator - $25.00 plus shipping, or if you lin socal or will be in socal you can come pick it up. If  it don't get a response by Saturday Morn (10/31/2009) It will be going to the scrapper.......

HUD unit. Was working when removed about 5 years ago. Been in storage, needs to go $20 plus shipping.

Inner bumper support, Fiberglass. Original in very good shape.   $25.00 plus shipping or come get it if you are local or in the area. This is the part  that is under the bumper and gets cracked if you rear end someone or if you have a front end wreck.

Thats about it. NO TURBO's, BRAKE BOOSTERS or any of the other of the hard parts, they are all long gone! Sorry.

Dosent seem to be much room under there, but I will check it out. Thanks for the response!

According to the service manual it is supposed to be located under the package tray area of near the third brake light. Cant seem to find anything there. Is it under the package tray material itself? Do I need to remove the rear seats? I know the car has it, becuae it was working.

Service Manual Is SOLD! Still have the rest of the car. I need to do some research on the lower valance before I can give price.

Times up! Time to part it out.  All body parts and interior are up for sale. Drive train, computers and turbo parts will stay with me for future project, but everything has a price.

Hello Guys and Dolls!

I still have this TGP. It needs to go. I've held out as long as I could. If someoe dosen't buy it it very soon it will be parted. I really dont want to shread the car, but if I must, I must.

Updates: Needs a battery and most likely a starter. Parked it after trying to start it killed the battery and sent all the gaugues on the dash going nuts. Pretty sure the starter has grounded internally.

Greetings folks.

It's been a while since I've been to the board. Well the time has come to move on something else. So I must sell my 1990 GTP. I'm offering it here first because the general public dosent understand or apprciate these cars, and I would hate to see it get destroyed due to miss understanding or lack of knowledge of the car. I dont have the time right now to dedicate to restoring this car. Here;s the details:

1990 Pontiac Gran Prix GTP
158k miles
Red, with beachwood interior
Bone stock.
Whats wrong : paint is shot, driver seat is torn badly, headliner is starting to droop, front air dam is in shreads (have new replacment)

All the following parts were replaced within the last two years, 10-20k mi.

ABS - acumulator, pressure switch
Ignition- all three coils (GM-Delco), ign. modul (GM-Delco),wires (GM), Plugs-Rapid fires
Cooling- right side elctric fan motor and blade
Emissions- O2 sensor, Idel control valve at throttle plate
Brakes- both rear calipers, front and rear pads, front rotors front calipers
Power antenea - mast and cable
Park Brake - Front cable (GM)
Heater - Core (Autozone)

What needs to be done: Turbo wastegate actuator vlave is bad (Scarry on the road!)
Check gagues light is stuck on the dash. Feels like it needs an alignment
Head rest air blader on driver side not working
Power door locks takes to two or three hits with the switch to lock(driver)
Express window down dose not work
Tape player will get stuck just keep flipping
Keyless entry is flaky
Trans slams when you dont step on the gas hard enough, otherwise works fine.

What still works: Radio(no cd) hud, sun(Moon) roof, power seat, pw, tilt, ac,ptrunk, cruise, all air bladers (except those mentioned) , Power mirrors, Compass, trip computer, steering wheel controls, all the gagues,

Tires are still good, runs strong, no smoke, Trans oil was changed when I got it (25k mi ago) oil change regularly at 3500, running mobile 1 synthetic, still has original wheels, owners manual, keys, remote, exhaust and exhaust tips.

By no means a show car, but still looks ok and runs like a bat out of H---
when you get on the gas. No mods have been done. I have taken this car to Las Vegas several times with no problems, San Deigo, Sacramento and Flagstaff Az. Each time with no problems. I have no doubt that this car could make an interstate drive with out problems. Just top off the fulids, fill er up with gas and hit the road.
