It was a heads up, I went back to look again, it seems to have a miss in the cylinder as in the cyl has no psi.. Hmmm.. I didnt win anyway, nor did i want the car... I originally did, but then saw it twice... 4 hrs of my time spent badly...  Sorry if my post was not clear as a warning only

I seen the tgp on ebay so I am bidding on it.. The guy only lives an hour away from me... So I go to his house earlier today (sunday) and take a look.. Damn thing doesnt even start!!! It sounds like it is missing a cylinder... I am going back sometime this week poss to see what is up with it.. current bid is at 520.... The interior is shit on and the new paint that is on the car is missing on some spots already... Headliner on the sunroof has fallen off and been slightly peeled back... Turbo has some signs of oil in it that dont look kosher.... Oh well guys.. Figured I would give the heads up

I think that is illegal.. turn him in someone!!!! Ebay rules are forbidding the auctioner to up scale the sale by bidding under fake names.. I am not getting involved due to the fact I cant..

As you all know, I sold my tgp to some dumba$$ on ebay and he is selling it agin for a few more bucks than what he paid... So now, after my insurance settlement on my accident for my taurus, I am looking for a nice tgp in the area of South Jersey (NJ) where I can pay up to 1700.... That tgp has a lot of problems... It first of all needs the pmIII rebuilt.. it has bad rear brakes... and second, the body is not very straight on it cause the front end is saggin down... third, it was in a fire in the hood area.. but lastly, It DOESNT have a trannie!!! It blew out before I sold it on ebay to that prick in percippany

Yea.. It is nice.. but I think the guy who is buying it is goign to part it.. I hope not.. I have a lot of time into that car... It really sucks that I cant get the money for the trannie... But if it ends up he does not contact me, I am keeping it posss.....   He has some real bad ebay feedback from other auctions...

i got mine to stop surging today... replace your plugs and wires with gm parts.. i used acdelco rapidfire plugs (resistor #8) and pep boys wires.. (cheapies from local parts store) and it is running fine now.. lets see how long it lasts!

the tcc connector is the torque converter clutch.. it is the electric four prongg connector in the front of the trannie... I would do this and check your coil packs.. i am having the same problems with mine and i am trying new plugs on tues... i was told by several mechanics i deal with regularly that it is a gm and gm's only like GM PARTS... (ac delco plugs - rapidfires are rec...)
If you get your running top notch without the surging, lemme know please!!

If you look on your GM PARTS ID Label, it will have the part code of AU0, go to the GM dealer and get the key fob for the AU0 rke module..

Anybody by chance happen to have the special cover that goes over top the turbo to protect the cruise servo from self-igniting? My car was involved in a small hood fire due to owner negligence by spraying that PB's Blaster crap on the turbo to get a stuck bolt out to get my turbo remanned and it settled in the cover which later in the week ignited on the highway, burning half of my wiring and stuff.. I managed to get the wiring right after a week of tinkering, but i have no cover protecting all the rest of the stuff.. please help!
