Just noticed this post.....
Doing the same thing but using a DOHC radiator (1 inch thick) and a FMIC from a Izzuzu cab over truck. Radiator & fans are plug & play (retune fan on temps)

Time to let one go.
1990 TSTE white with cloth. 130k engine, rebuilt tranny (TGP specific rebuild) 20k on tranny.
The good:
Huge tranny cooler
Smaller newer starter
Intercooler (AC) mod
Ford 19 LBS injectors
Hot tune chip specific to the car.
New rear brakes
Front STB
High flow car
Thrush turbo mufflers
PM III works
JeffM crossover
No rust * Colorado car entire life, I have owned it since 2001, Kenny K (TGPilots wife drove it for a few years).
Everything on it works
The bad:
Front left fender dented (horse used it as a scratching post)
Power antenna broken off
Headliner needs replaced
Paint on right rear door coming off (power washing didn't help)
Small crack on windshield.
$1500 firm Colorado Springs, CO
Pics upon request since I can't seem to be able to load pics anymore.
Will go on Craigslist in 1 month since I Cant seem to be able to log onto W-body anymore either.

Little update have fixed 90% of things wrong with it and have been driving it some. Wow I love these cars. Put a k&n in the turbo and a old top gun chip in it, me likely. Pictures will follow shortly.
