my tgp flooding like crazy. i took the upper intercooler pipe off and the whole thing was filled with gas.  i then kept the pipe off and just turned the ignition on and gas comes right out of the intake. :?  i'm kind of puzzled why gas would come out of the intake?  i also checked for fuel pressure and their is nothing.  do you guys think that one of the injectors is stuck open or the fuel pressure regulator is bad or what?  i would hope the injectors are not stuck open considering they are 2 month old 24lb accel injectors.   any help would be awesome.  thanks.

Does anybody know where i could find a pump motor relay without going through GM?  I was all excited about getting my freshly rebuilt powermaster installed when i discovered that the motor relay was shorted out.  this sucks.  now i have a $700 powermaster just sitting here waiting to be used.  Any suggestions?

Now that i think about it, $350 does seem kind of high considering it might have the same problem mine has.  I guess i was so pissed off that GM wanted almost 3 grand for a PM, 350 sounded low.  I may just go to Prior and get mine rebuilt.  What do they do exactly when they"rebuild" the unit?  Do they just replace parts on it or fix the problem areas?

I'm in the same situation.  My Powermaster is shot as well, there is no power assist and it leaks fluid.  i called a junkyard and they found a complete unit that he was going to sell me for $350, without hesitation i said "sold".  That made my day. :D   Well the next day I went to pick the system up and the guy was like "i dunno where it went to, it was here yesterday."  That pissed me off. :evil:  So needless to say i'm still looking for a powermaster.  I called Prior Remanufaturing and they told me to mail them my entire unit and they will completely rebuilt it for $691.05.  This will probably my last resort to this problem, or maybe converting to vaccum brakes, but that is risky for me to do cause i've never converted like that before.  That price seems kind of high just for a rebuild, but that is just me.

where did you guys get a wiring diagram?  I've been trying to figure out how to get power to my antenna and power to the front speakers for a while now, with a sony cd player, and i don't have anything to go by. Any suggestions?

i installed a sony cd player in my gtp today and it works, BUT not the front 4 speakers, just the back 2.  I exchanged both wiring harneses thinking they were faulty and it did the same thing.  Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any advice on the situation.  :?

has anyone else had any problems with the tach and speedometer mysteriously stop working?

hey thanks alot man.  i'll try to tackel that tomorrow.  I love driving my TGP, but man, after you fix one thing, it seems that something else goes wacky, for example, it was idoling ruff, so just for curiosity, checked the spark plugs and wires, their fine, then after putting the plugs back in, it idols fine, but now backfires.  Obviously i'm no master mechanic, but somethings just not right.

I'm looking for the crank sensor and i can't find it to replace it.  Can anyone help me?
