General / Re: ATTN: Kenny, where are my parts?

Thanks for the update. I hope you don't feel like I'm some asshole for doing this. It is just a lot of money and hard to find parts. I will let you know when it arrives and how it works.

Left you a PM. You guys should get them Monday or Tuesday. My wife sent them with delivery confirmation...not tracking. Sorry.

Anyone wants to buy my jig they are more than welcome. $500 takes it. Considering it would only take two cross-overs to be in the black on your investment...it is an easy though for the price.

-Kenny
I received my Cross-Over, but no PCM, and the cross-over has a small issue. PM sent.

I am in the same boat, sent my crossover in April but there was a change in address, it arrived at the correct address on 04/28/2009.

Hopefully things work out.
Did you get yours yet? I have not.

X2 I would also have no problem taking over the Cross-Over business.

General / ATTN: Kenny, where are my parts?

I sent out my Cross-Over and PCM to Kenny on April 24th 2009 along with 2 money orders. One for the amount for the Cross-Over rebuild, and one for the Hot Tune Chip (prices as discussed through PM). When I mailed them out I was told that your average turn around was 5 days. I used a delivery confirmation to be sure he received them and he did. I waited patiently for a few weeks before PM-ing Kenny to find out how things were coming, and did not receive a response until May 19th 2009. The response I received had many excuses, most of which seemed valid and offered piece of mind for the time being. I have since not heard from him at all. I waited about another month before sending another PM sometime mid-June looking for an update, to which I never received a response.

   Kenny,
I like to believe I am a very reasonable person, and pretty patient, but I really wanted to get the car done this summer. Living in Buffalo I do not have many months out of the year to drive in nice weather. I understand you are busy, and so am I. I understand that things out of your control have lead to delays. But as a business professional you do have some obligation to keep your customers informed of what may be going on. Now since I have not gotten a response from you I have seen a few things that leave a bad taste in my mouth....

1. You have my money, and my parts.
2. You have not answered my PM.
3. You have not attempted to inform me of what is going on.
4. Both contact #'s I have for you are out of service.
5. Your website is down.

Please let me know what is going on.

  Thanks,
       Justin

PS: I really am not one to make a thread about this type of thing, because this really did not need to be public. But with no contact, and no response to my PM, I feel as if I have no other choice.

Off Topic / Funny video.

The back story on this video is a long one. Long story short the kid in the GTO shows up at local shows and meets often claiming his car is over 700HP spraying a 300shot and he calls out people for money than never shows up. He has done it to some close friends of mine, got them out to a spot to race then bailed off of a ramp and ran away when it came time to race. So this year they spotted him at another local show and he started running his mouth again, this time he meets Jesse and the camera is rolling.

General / Started working on the TGP again.

It's been almost 2 years since I've touched the car, but anyway i got the turbo off and the crossover out. The flange on the crossover is cracked at the weld and the bellows are mint. The turbo is tight with almost no shaft play, but the intake blades have some damage. My gauge cluster is not right. Says I have a full tank, which I doubt, and the low fuel light is on. Also the spedo is way off, but the HUD is accurate. The rear driver-side caliper is stuck on, although before I parked it (literally) I had just put 4 brand new calipers on it.

My list of things to do.
- Rebuild the Cross-Over and upgrade if possible.
- GT3071R
- Attempt to do a custom downpipe.
- Upgrade Suspension if possible.
- Upgrade Brakes if possible.
- Injectors (Find out what size I need)
- Tuning
- Sway bars
- Cluster repair and Illuminated Turbo Intercooled.

Anyone that is capable of helping me out with any of these things I will ship things out and PayPal you ASAP. I have put the money aside to do this. Now I want to get it done.

Hello Everyone,
My name is Justin, I have been on the W-body boards for years and am just making my way over here because it has come time to upgrade the TGP.  I have 3 cars that are currently projects.....
1990 Pontiac TGP - All stock right now but not for long
2001 Audi S4 - K04 swapped And right now on it's way to the shop for a Level 10 tranny upgrade then the APR tune (Should be in the 500HP range)
1988 Camaro RS - In the prosses of swapping a 468BB into it, should be done this summer too. (I Plan on running a 200 shot on it should be in the 750HP range)

I hope to learn a lot about the few little things I have left to learn about these cars, here.

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I am looking to chip my TGP and was pointed in this direction from the w-body boards. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
