I totally forgot to log which head bolts went where when i was taking my car apart. Where do the long ones, and then the short ones, then the funky one go? thanks

SO i have a tste and i got this great deal on it..... Free. Yeah i know right? well it had been over heating and i was told that it had a blown headgasket. The radiator had been rodded out he did a new water pump. I was also told that the car was overheated several times. I dissassemled it because i have alot of time and no money.there was alot of coolant in cyl 4 and 3 and the walls had actually rusted.so i cleaned that surface rust off and everything else looked great, the walls had no scoring or anything. It did look like the oil wasnt changed in a while. The hg wasnt physically broken but it was soaked with coolant, and the some of the headbolts felt like they werent torqued very well. What all should i change since i have it down that far? Head gasket set lower intake gasket (where the coolant passes on it was split, how does that happen right?) pushrods and head bolts. Should i port the exhaust manifolds? They looked like they might could use it. How much does p&p heads give you on this car? Also i was considering the 1.6 rocker arms out of a 94-95. Which 3100 heads are compatible since there is the possibility mine are warped? All of them? or up until a certain year? Is there a better design for any of them. Im willing to do this right and not halfass so whatever you think is cool. I am open to new ideas, you may laugh, but this is the first pushrod engine i have opened up so all the help i can get would be appreciated. Thanks!
