I haven't really had a look underneath an AQ9 and Jake's car is so full of crap, I can't get a good look. lol

But 1994-1996 Regals could have a power passenger bucket seat and I am wondering if I can use the seat track in the TGP and have power driver's and passenger seats. Would the lumbar and adjustment motors be in the way?

QuoteI know she will definitely do a little over 200 MPH with proper tires and a piggy back computer letting the RPM's go higher than stock. I believe the TGP Pontiac McLarens could do an easy 150 MPH but had either a comuter fuel shut down or something like that.

QuoteThe 1991 Pontiac TGP motor was only made for two years and they where also produced with 305 HP as well.

Uhhhh yeah!

Thank you TurboGTU.  Going out to measure it in a few.  Hope it clears.

Edit:  Roughly it looks like it will fit.

PS:  What vehicle line up has the 4T80 NON E?  I searched the interwebz with poor results.  1992 Cad Alante'?

If you find an Allante in the j-y, I NEED a pair of door mirrors.

It may be over kill, but I am sick and tired of not finding a 3 speed trans capable

An old article that I read said that there were 50 AWD 6000 STEs built with the LG5 3.1T. The article (as I recall, it's been a really long time) also said that the transmissions (TH125 with transfer case) held up to the turbo V6.

I called 3 dealers in Colorado Springs, 4 in Denver, they all told me it was a discontinued part.  Am planning on switching to vacuum brakes this summer.

Our plan too with the 5 speed swap.

A failing PMIII and Austin, Texas drivers make for an anxiety filled trip just going up the street. LOL

I got a pair of grilles if you need them, they are currently painted red, but I would be willing to let em go cheap if you want em... and that hood.... not a huge fan... >.> Other than that the car looks good!

I appreciate it, but Jake pulled a set from his '92 B4U and they're mint.  :icon_mrgreen:

I'm not much of a fan of the hood either, but it makes him happy. lol

Unfortunately, the left is it's good side. He broke a ball joint awhile back and shoved the tire into the fender.  :icon_frown:
