Door speakers.. ideas?

I'm just curious as to what anyone here has done with door speakers..
I'm looking to put some 5 1/4" components in the doors, but I want to keep a stock/stealth look, and still have great sound and imaging. I have yet to remove the door panels and see what I have to work with, but I plan on doing that this weekend if I get a chance. Pictures, ideas, throw em out here..

I have 5 1/4 Bostom Acoustics components in mine.  An adapter will have to be made, but its a simple thing to do. I used fiberglass for mine because I am going for a slightly customer look, but a piece of 1/4 mdf would be more than plenty.
