Blowing smoke!

Hello again... I have posted previously on problem and no solution yet. After running and coming to a stop light the car exudes smoke from the exhaust only at lo rpm. I pulled the oil return line and its fine. The only way I think this could happen is either rings or valve seals. This problem just showed up one day so I don't think its a gradual wear thing. Do you think a single valve seal could do this and should I do a compression test to sort this out? Comments appreciated, Rob  PS only 60k mi on this screamer

You say it's fine, but if I were you I'd replace it anyway.  The inside of the line becomes loose and reduces the oil flow, you can't tell just by looking at it.  Try it, you will only be out $10.
