Map sensor adjustments/ boost cut

Ok, let me ask you guys this..... Is there a way to adjust how the map sensor reads to build more boost, or eliminate boost cut?  Also, can u remove the rev limiter, etc?  I know this is posted elsewhere, but I cant figure otu how to delete posts.
