need coilovers asap!!!

I need to get some coilovers to fix the tgp and get it running again.  Is there anyplace besides FFP that makes them hopefully a little faster than the FFP time of 4 weeks???  Anybody have some that aren't in use??? I have cash in hand and really would like to get this fixed ASAP so I can get back on the road w/o worry of something going wrong with the rear end.

Preferably adjustable.....
