Would these wheels fit without a large spacer?

Ok, my stock wheels have are 16x8 25mm off-set with 245/50/16 tires. The aftermarket wheels I'm looking at are 17x8 with a 45mm off-set. I'm planning on using a 245/45/17 tire.

That's a 20mm difference between them. Would there be any rubbing with the tire if it moved in 20mm [13/16", a little more then 3/4"]???

they might rub. i would look for a 35mm offset. the 45mm might be to close to the sturt.
