can anyone tell me what the 'ATMM' memcal is for?  supposedly it's from an '89 Grand Prix with a 5-speed, but i have no idea if it's for a GP with a 2.8 or a 3.1.

anyone know???  i can't find any info on it :?

You probably already have, but call the parts counter at a Pontiac dealer.  Tell them you need a memval for a 2.8 and ask them if that one comes up.

This is the info displayed for the ATMM binary in GMPCM's binary identification system :

ATMM5331

Note that it also indicates that the ATMM5331 code was superseded by the AUBL0073.  A supersede typically indicates changes made to address a TSB or other issue, so it would be best to use the AUBL0073 rather than the ATMM5331 if you have a choice.

Just a FYI.. there are over 6000 records in our searchable binary identification system, which basically covers any OBDI binary GM has ever used in its US applications. :)

thanks again.  i was actually at the cruzers.com website looking for the ATTM memcal a few days ago, but didn't see it listed there or at 60degreev6.com

i didn't know it was superceded, thanks.  the ATMM memcal i have is just an extra i have laying around.  i'm not sure what's actually in my Cutlass right now, but probably ATMM or AUBL.  i guess it doesn't matter really, they obviously wouldn't work with my TGP engine anyway.

i guess it's time for me to become a member on the GMPCM.com forum :)  i have alot to learn - i'll probably just lurk around there for awhile.
