Copy of .bin not the same

Well, I finished up the the chip for Z24Turbo93, and I checked all my connections from the solder (all at .5 ohms  :) ) and I already had the chip programmed before I soldered it in.  The checksum came up okay, but then I thought, "well shit, I might as well erase and reprogram it just to make sure."  I did and everything went okay.  I then opened up GMPCM to compare the two and there were 4 differences (SAME .bin, and SAME checksum) 2 of the differences are understandable: EPROM DATE CODE, and EPROM IDENT
The other 2 differences are: MAX RETARD RELATIVE TO REFERENCE, AND MAX ADVANCE RELATIVE TO REFERENCE, in the EST constants table.  I'm wondering why they are different, and if I should change them back to what they are in my chip, or basically, WTF??

Well, I just looked a little closer and realized that the copy actually has them listed with an *2 at the end.  I then looked at the Hexidecimal for the two values and somehow an FF was added before the values (the correct values are there, but an FF precedes them making them WAY off)  Should I be concerned, or should I just change them back??  TIA.

Well, Mick and I worked it out.  I'm an ass.  After all my updates (was using an old .pcm) everything works great.  I've learned alot tonight about the software (GMPCM) and these chips.
