Ok, I've officially determined I live in the ghetto here at school.  My car was parked down the street about 50 feet from my house this afternoon and sometime while I was inside I guess, someone broke in and stole my radio.  They stole my cell charger and the cord to my radar detector (left the actual detector) too. Sucks but it was only a walmart brand cd player so no huge loss.  Filed a police report and they came out and got some good prints and took some of the stuff from inside the car that the guy touched so hopefully they will be able to match him to the record and suspect they already have for similar incidents.  Sucks but shit happens I suppose.  At least they didn' take my fuel filter that was on the seat....

They broke the dash piece that goes around the heater controls/radio/little pocket thingie and they bent the metal around where the radio would go.  He left a lot of finger prints on my passenger window so I gotta clean that.  Weird part is they took the dash fit kit I had in but didn't take the metal housing the radio came with/fits in to mount to the fit kit...As far as the outside of the car goes, it looks OK and the inside seems fine too except for the part around the radio.

Best part is the faceplate was broken so the display didn't light up unless you pressed on it so I'm hoping they sell it to a friend who tries to install it and finds out its broken and they come back and break the guys legs who stole it and then the police catch him.  That would be nice. ;)  :twisted:  :snipersmile:  :2gunfire:
