If I were to install a vacumm distribution block, how exactly would I route the new lines?

Would I just route one big line from the port on the back of the plenum to the dist. bloc, seal up the top of the TB, then run 1 line directly to everything else? MAP, EGR, BOV, etc? Does anything need to be hooked up any specific way? I'm not too good with how most of the vacumm stuff works..

I'm looking for a neat way to get rid of all those pain the ass plastic lines, since I just broke half of them anyway.

well thats the only way to be good at tuning these cars. you have to be great with vacuum lines.

no, screw the vacuum distribution block directly into the plenum.  i was actually planning on tapping the plenum at the EGR (since my EGR is disabled) but i would still need to chop the EGR bung off the crossover pipe to put the distribution block there.

yeah you'd need to seal up the factory distribution block on the top of the throttle body although if you are keeping EGR i would still route it from there.  i would also keep the purge solenoid vacuum sourced from the factory distribution block on top of the throttle body.  with a distribution block at the rear of the plenum you would only need a short vacuum line to the MAP sensor, and then another routed to the FPR.   you would need another for HVAC/cruise control and another if you are using a BOV and another for an aftermarket boost gauge if you are (or plan on) using one.  i would probably go for a short 4-port block or maybe a 6-port block.  i would get the smallest one possible.

in the end i decided to forget the whole thing.  it simply isn't practical IMO.  it worked great on my old GTS though.  i would just get a new vacuum harness from GM.  that is what i'm doing anyway.
