turbo questions

alright well starting next weekend, i'm getting my 3.1 n/a turboed with a rebuilt stock tgp t25, intercooler, 19lb larger injectors, custom chip,fuel pump, 15psi, and pipe. now i don't know a whole lot about cams, but i see people throwing in the dif cams, crane h26o and others also saw the h272, dont know which would be better, and just wondering if this is something i should have put in with this setup and if its going to do any good. and if anybody has any other suggestions that'll will be eventually needed or the car would benefit from. i'm trying to pretty much get the bulk of things done at once.   also this is what the guy emailed me and just wanted to see what u guys thought and what u would recommend, now i notice a few things my self like i would need 22lb inj. instead of 19's and we know we're not going to be running 15psi and could i go with something a little larger than the t25?
 
I can do the basic (stock rebuilt turbo, 8psi, no intercooler) install on the cav for about 2000.00. That includes injectors, manifolds, crossover, stock turbo, downpipe, installed and hooked up. A custom chip will be used. The next step would be a front mount intercooler, fuel pump, 15psi, 200-225whp. that will cost another 1000.00-1200.00.
