on the passenger side of the engine compartment you will see big plastic covering piece in which there is a hole for your stock intake and on top it shoud have a cover relating to an electrical center, underneath that plastic piece is a black box with four plug in place with lots of wires going to it. If you are going to change the chip (memcal) be sure to unplug your battery first. The memcal is in the ecm, a plastic piece with a few screws in it covers it. The memcal has some sort of clip system on it to hold it in, you will figure it out after looking at it. Hope that helps

If you found one in the box, chances are that someone may have already chipped your car, Jeff's chip has a handwritten label on the actual PROM chip identifying which version, the TopGun 160 actually is written that on the label, the Factory ones have some official looking label instead. Check real closely, Jeff can tell you for sure if it is his, and as honest as he is, he'll be straight and save you $$ if you already have one.

Sounds suspicious, most people don't drive around with a spare memcal in their box unless they have chipped their car, so check it out. Let us know, good luck.!
