Front plate holder

So...I went to the junkyard and picked up a license plateholder from a 90-96 GP sedan, to use on the front of my TGP. I was told by Jeff (kuntzie) that it should work, but not all 4 of the mounting tabs of the bracket match the contour of the bumper cover.

Does anyone have the front plate holder GM part number? Is it a TGP specific part?

I was messing around with the sedan plate holder and came up with this as a possible option....what do you guys think?
(Its just held on with small c-clamps in the pics)

I wouldn't run my plate there.  It WILL scratch your facia.  I say either run it on the driver's side (like mine, picture below), or run without one on the front. I stuck a couple of SOFT pieces of the velcro stuff to my bumper behind the plate holder, so the plate holder doesn't touch the bumper.

Sure glad somebody else put there LP in the center. Can't stand it screwed to the bumper.

I made a custom bracket on mine for the driver's side.  No screws on the bumper!  :icon_twisted:

I dont see anything out of the ordinary. :dunno:  centered ALWAYS looks stupid though.
