Who has the lowest Vin Number??

Anyways....His car might be the first ever production model TGP! He has the lowest VIN number and Ken hasn't come across any lower than that. Even if it isn't the first, it's one of the first few...

I am going to have to rebuild/replace my turbo as earlier stated in another thread. Since my vehicle is such a low vin I wonder what your opinions would be on upgrading the turbo to the GT2871r or should I try to keep the vehicle bone stock and all numbers matching? Big dilemna now! Please let me know your thoughts, folks.

Ken said he has 720 1989 VIN numbers, so at least that many exist. Untitled cars supposedly won't have records, so there are probably some more.
