broken motor

well it looks like my motor needs to be gone through. looks like a valve seat fell out and beat up my piston and my cylinder head. started tearing the motor apart thinking that a head gasket may have failed. i stopped off to buy lunch ,started the car back up and there was a light clatter for a few seconds then white smoke then stopped. now i am taking the motor out to see how damaged the cylinder is. the chamber is pretty beat up and i think it broke the head and into coolant area causing the coolant in the combustoin chamber. so far the rest of the motor looks good. it has 109,000 miles. any suggestions feel free to let me know. will be looking at some improvements.
