The toughest part is finding it if you have a ton of grease buildup. 1/2 inch bolt on the left side, I believe...remove the sensor for the tranny that sits nearby the modulator...makes it easier to turn the wrench.

This radio station was renamed Krenzy in honor of the last American hero to whom speed means freedom of the soul. The question is not when he's gonna stop, but who is gonna stop him.

been a while since I updated, but I did replace the modulator, with a little difficulty. The shaft part, or whatever you call the center pin type thing, pulled out of the old one and stuck inside, so i had to basically tug it out with needle nose pliers. Got the new one back in no problem, but still the same problems, it's basically decent in first, slight hesitation into 2nd, but basically doesn't catch 3rd until i get up enough momentum for it to drop in, and OD drops in fine. I think I'm just going to hunt down a 5 speed and attempt that, even though I wanted to run the auto for a while  :icon_confused: I just don't know when I'll have the time to do it, and I don't want her just sitting for too much of an extended period
