"Good idle, daily usage and off road, towing, economy, also mild turbocharged, 2200-3000 cruise RPM, 8.0 to 9.5 compression ratio advised. Basic RPM 1500-4500"

No clue where it would peak. Depending on what you already have done, you might want to consider other mods than a cam. There have been quite a few stock turbo/stock cam cars that have made a lot more power than stock....

Ok thanks I got the car from my friend thats the cam he put in there. witha t3/t4 turbo .57 trim. 3400 hybrid 65mm tb with 3500 intake. i really dont under stand why he put that cam in there. I dont want to over rev the car if its not making power past 5,000rpms. What kinda power i could see with this cam. I have the boost set at 11psi.
some back ground on the car. My friend got the car back in high school i helped it from a 3.1 auto to 3.1 5 speed turbo and people get older they start to grow up. He rebuild the motor with new pistons and that cam with 3400 heads with ls6 springs ect.. that i listed at the top. he built the car it ran then it got tuned then after getting tuned it just sat. so i wanted to do stuff the right way.

20-30hp with a tune.  The top end will be much revised which will allow the power band to stay in longer.

3400 top swap requires custom length pushrods.

NOTE* pushrods are not connecting rods.  Pushrods are cheap and easy to retain.

I don't know if the later heads allow for this but cant you just use the adjustable 2.8 rocker studs to make up for the length and just grind a little bit of the guide.

Jonpro03

The 3400 used roller rockers and 2.8 used stamped steel. So no you cant use 2.8 rockers on a 3400 head.

custom length pushrods = not that bad.... if your going to dish out the cash for all the stuff for the top swap, custom pushrods are chump change...   http://wot-tech.com/shop/all/custom-length-pushrods/prod_78.html

If you know how to measure and follow directions, you can save A LOT of cash by going to summit, jegs, or some other long time reputable performance store.  wot is like going to the liquor store for that dollar store candy.  You're paying top dollar when you can get the same thing cheaper somewhere else!

Just bought this cam kit here
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CCA-K16-233-4
(flatlander racing has it for 275$,summit will do $274-I got it for $286 shipped!)

It will be a couple months before the engine is in and going though so can't give much of a review of it.
It's a 110lsa instead of 112,but the price was in my budget and power isn't my main concern.

I'm going back and forth trying to decide if I want to put the engine on a dyno before installation.
Not alot of point in it if i'm not going to be tuning it while it's on there, and I don't want to tune it myself.
