Where exactly do these go? My car does not seem to have one. Were they factory installed?

Yea I can see that might be high, but no matter where you go to get them done yourself ,there minimum is $25. Unless someone here would like to make a few bucks on the side and do them up for us.

     you can place them right under the Turbo plates, thats where I place mine, Don't look to bad. But Unfortunately no they were not factory installed. Another place to install them is on the front grill where the Pontiac sign is.
