how do I replace them on the hub?

GPChief

Its been a while but if I remember correct:

1.  Jack up car with wheels blocked.
2. Have car in Neutral
3. Remove tire
4. You should have a "relief" on the back side of the wheel hub to punch out the stud.
5. Put stud in the old hole (using something to space it out - like large nuts or spacers) tighten it down so it wont come loose when replacing the wheel
6. Take nut back off
7. Replace wheel and tighten to the appropriate torque specs.
