Just curious if anyone may have a walk through for this.  I have a rebuilt turbo that I got from another member that has almost no run time on it but the seals went bad.  Should I just rebuild it again or could I just replace the seals?

Not a good walk-through- no torque specs ...but similar to what I did. Not sure if my turbo was balanced as a whole where both turbine and compressor were balanced together or turbine by itself and then the compressor but didn't give me any trouble. I did brake clean the compressor wheel and mating surfaces and nut as not to have any lube on them when torquing down the nut on the compressor wheel-lube= compressor slip.
