Okay I am still having the problem of the car cutting off.  Its not tcc switch related cuz it does it in park.  I can't figure this out.  I changed the crank sensor finally and WOOOOOW!  The car drives better than it ever has (thanks Chris and Idbeast)!!  I still though can't figure out what the heck is the matter.  The car cranks immediatly on the first turn of the key with no pumpin gas or letting the starter roll.  I already replaced the injectors so I know its not that.  When its about to cut off the car kind of rev's up down up down up down the it just shuts off.  I then turn it back on and it fires up.  Could it be that I just have to get Jeff's chip or what.  I have replaced almost every sensor except the one on the top left of the upper manifold.  I did notice though that when that pigtail is unplugged your car will not stay on at all unless you have the gas applied.  When i plugged it back on it keeps an idle without gas.  I am gonna replace that top sensor today.  any suggestions would be appreciated! ty

Now it sound like your DIS Module, (what your coils are mounted to), does it do it all the time or intermitently???

I just had the same prob and it turned out to be the ecm (engine control module) but u never know enery prob is different.

Thats what I would say too. I think replacing sensors is circumventing the issue. Originally stalling while coming to a stop is a die hard pattern for the TCC. HOwever, if it stalls at other times, then its not the case.

We had a car, an achieva, that would keep trimming fuel (block learns) until it would die. No one knew why, it ran great, we tried several things but to no luck. Gm didn't know, other places didn't know. I'm not sure what happened to it but we never saw it again.

Your problem is outside of the pattern failure. Something is causing it to change the way its fueling and die. Especially if it starts back up right away. So we need to look at what its doing to cause it to stall. This is where the cliche' "think outside the box" comes in. Replacing sensors would be a reasonable approach, since something is 'telling' the ECM to stall.  Can you scan it and see what it looks like when it stalls. Anything out of the oridnary? Smell gas when it stalls? O2 mv? etc

when you say DIS module you mean the physical coils or what it is mounted to?  I did relocate my coils but the problem was there before I did that and remained the same after.  I did replace the physical coils but to no avail.  I got an new aic sat and that didn't do it.   The only thing left so far is the MAT sensor.  I would have gotten one but of course you cannot get them at pepboys or advance.  I went to the dealer this morning and they wanted ----->$36<-- INSANE.   I also replaced my ecm but that wasn't it either.  I have litterally replaced every single sensor but one.  Now I am going to have to start looking somewhere esle.  Can anyone think of another sensor that maybe I missed.

Replaced:
02, crank, map, aic, cts, coils, plugs, wires.  I have the TCC but I still have not gotten a positive answer to where exactly it is and what I need to remove to get to it.  I am guessing thats its on the left/drivers side behind what it looked like the tranny mount bracket in the aluminum looking housing????  I am going to replace the tcc just for peace of mind but the car will still cut off at idle in park if I don't keep it revved.  It doesn't just cut off immediatly it will idle for about 1 minute then the rpms get lower and lower then just cut off.  IF IT TAKES ANOTHER YEAR I AM GOING TO FIX THIS SUCKA    No car will get the best of me especially a GM one.  Also what about the fuel pump?  anyone think that the pump may do that?  I am gonna replace it anyway with the walbro unit.
