Its been said that it is possible to have a burned out injector driver so when you car starts to heat up or gets warmed up along with the ecu the car could stall and cut off.  Will the damaged board physically show up burned or is damaged but not able to be seen.  I got 2 ecu's and I swapped them and the same problem.  I am gonna do the rear pcv and valve cover (like jeff) suggested this saturday.   I also with the car running wiggled the ecu wiring and the car did not cut off or hesitate.  But as soon as what I am guessing it came out of the cold/loop mode the rpms slowly started to drop and then cut off.   I haven't tried the ign coil module yet but its $80 so I am gonna have to wait.  Also the only other engine related thing is the fuel pump which I will get the next week.

I took my turbo off this week so I could wrap it properly.  Put it all back together and tried to start it.  It wont fire.  So I took out a plug turned it over, and look for spark.  None.  I am assuming its the ignition module, but it's gonna run me $80?! Ahh crap!

If this is what it looks like then yes $80 and thats probably the best price brand new.  I don't suggest using used electronic parts.  Relocate that thing to    Its in a to hard to get to place IMO!

No spark?  Could also be a crank sensor...
