I have a 93 pontiac grand prix se with a bu4 package the 3.1. I was wondering if there is turbo kits or how i would go about turbocharging my car.  Any idea's or knowledge.

they only made 7500 of these cars (TGP's) and we are starting to get less willing to help as we are having more problems finding parts for our own cars. go to http://www.l67swap.com/phpBB2 and do a 3800 supercharged swap instead...

I agree, although it would be cooler to have a turbo in your car, the parts for the motor are really hard to find, but then again, u dont have to do a TGP setup in there, u could just turbo the motor u already have!

If you're serious about a turbo setup, contact Engineered Performance.  I believe a guy there was working on pre-made turbo kits for 2.8/3.1's based off of TGP style parts(I think he might be making his own similar parts..but you'll have to ask him to confirm this). http://www.engineered.net/

they aren't that hard to find; i have 1 complete 'V' motor sitting in my garage right now, along with everthing turbo-specific from another 'V' motor which will be used on my 'T' motor.
