Ok, my A/C doesn't work, and would have to be converted to R13 to work anyway. I want to install my FMI and was thinking of running the IC pipe through the area the stock intercooler and a/c condensor is.

How would I go about removing the a/c condensor and everything attached to it?

Is their an a/c idler pully I can put in place of the a/c pully?

If their is no pully available, what size belt would I need?

How much weight would be removed from the car when removing the a/c unit?

The condenser only weighs a few pounds and the evaporator is a pain to get to so I wouldn't remove it. The compressor probably weighs 15lbs, I think there is an idler available, but a shorter belt would proably not work.

to remove the compressor you can get a idler pulley off an beretta/corsica with 2.8/3.1 with no a/c.  Its is also the same pulley connected to the 94+ 2.2L cavalier's tensioner.  Pepboys had an idler pulley for $25 but it was the same as my 95 2.2L tensioner pulley so I just used the cavy one for free.

That would be sweet. I can probably get one from the junkyard.

Thanks for the pics. Does the delete pully just attach to the block and then reroute the belt?

The delete pulley attaches via a bolt.  The routing is the same just a shorter belt is needed.  I attached a pic of the pulley system with and without a/c so you there won't be any confusion.
