I got 130K on my stock motor, it doesn't seem to make any additional power over 4000 RPMs..  Could this be attributed to tired valve springs?  How big of a job is it to replace them?  I've never done it before, but I do have a torque wrench.  What kind of lose performance could I expect to restore?  Thanks Guys,

Throttle response and high end power will improve alot.
I actually have a set of fairly new springs and retainers if you are interested. They were installed but then the motor took water and wiped the cam.
