If it fits, it would. The Addco bar is about 22mm, so the GM one isn't that much smaller.

Black Pheonix

I was just guessing it would since everything else seems to fit from those newer models, anywasy, would you have to buy new bushing and stuff for that? Thanks,

Did anyone ever do this swaybar upgrade?  It seems like a reasonable price from GM compared to Addco.  Any input is great.  Thanks.

It doesn't run anymore.

The newer sway bars have been talked about on the other forum. They don't fit.

So the only upgrade is Addco?  The trailing arms fit but the sway bar doesn't?

I got a pretty thick sway bar from a 96 Lumina (the thicker of available ones for that car?)  It fit fine around the exhaust and such but it was too wide to fit between the struts... where the bar bends towards the front of the car would have gone almost right through the center of the strut.  It may have been forceable but I didn't really want to risk bending the struts.  I have the FFP coilovers which may make some difference but as far as I know, the KYB struts are the same as the stock ones.  If you had some pipe bending work done, it would probably fit pretty well but as it is when you take it from your donor car, it won't fit.

PST also makes a similar swaybar.

I just checked with them --  they want $160 and the bar is made by ADDCO.  I can't find any other manufacturers.
